We are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our busy dental practice. This position is ideal for someone who is confident in a fast-paced workplace and has strong experience with dental surgery, patient consultations, and treatment coordination.

This is a full-time position split between two clinic locations, so reliable transportation is required.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of dental reception experience
Previous experience with dental surgery and surgical scheduling
Experience with patient consultations and treatment coordination
Robust understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and treatment plans
Experience coordinating appointments, referrals, and pre/post-operative instructions
Excellent patient communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Reliable, qualified, and team-focused
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between both clinic locations
