Duties
Provide a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and provide expert advice on hair care.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and managing payments.
Upsell retail products that complement the services provided, enhancing the overall client experience.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals through excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to perform retail sales and upselling of products during client consultations.
Knowledge of sanitation practices related to hair care tools and equipment.
A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping clients look their best.
