Skills
Proven experience in Automotive sales or retail sales environments with a focus on Customer satisfaction
Solid communication skills, including Email & phone etiquette and active listening
Ability to conduct effective product demos and explain technical features clearly
Excellent organizational skills with time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Experience with CRM systems, and technical sales processes
