Fit City Grill is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Food Manager Trainee to join our team! This position is a excellent chance for someone interested in developing leadership skills while gaining experience in all areas of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:
Take part in training across both front-of-house and kitchen operations (food prep, cooking, and service)
Learn food safety standards, quality control, and inventory practices
Assist with day-to-day operations and support the management team
Develop leadership skills to help guide and support staff

Qualifications:
Around 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality is preferred




Good English communication skills
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-focused approach
Comfortable working in both kitchen and customer service areas

Compensation:
Pay will be determined based on experience and skills
