Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Grower to join our energetic horticultural team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating healthy, cannabis plants and maintaining optimal growing conditions across our facilities. Responsibilities
Prepare soil, containers, and planting beds to create ideal environments for plant growth
Water plants efficiently using irrigation systems, ensuring proper moisture levels at all times
Monitor plant health regularly, identifying pests or diseases early and taking appropriate action
Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely to prune, transplant, or harvest plants
Assist with planting, transplanting, pruning, and harvesting crops or ornamental plants




Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained
Support the implementation of horticultural best practices to maximize plant vitality and yield

Skills
Knowledge of irrigation systems and how to troubleshoot basic issues
Strong understanding of horticulture principles and plant care techniques
Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment
Proficiency with hand tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes, and trowels
Ability to perform basic math for measuring soil amendments or adjusting irrigation schedules
Physical strength for heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Passion for gardening with a keen eye for detail in plant health and growth development

Pay: $17.65-$31.30 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
