Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, consistency, and food safety protocols
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients for service
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations throughout shifts
Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple orders with accuracy and speed




Follow serving guidelines to deliver excellent customer service when interacting with front-of-house staff

Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Solid understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Prior experience with in upscale Italian Restaurants

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
