Responsibilities
Conduct regular security patrols of the premises to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
Monitor CCTV systems continuously to oversee activity within the facility and surrounding areas
Operate company vehicles safely for transportation duties, including pickups, deliveries, or site inspections
Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain hygiene standards in designated areas such as lobbies, offices, restrooms, and outdoor spaces
Assist with loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior and reporting incidents promptly




Support law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations when necessary
Maintain detailed logs of security activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and incident reports

Experience
Prior experience in security roles with knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV is highly desirable
Background in law enforcement or related fields enhances your ability to handle security situations effectively
Driving experience with a valid license; familiarity with safe vehicle operation is essential
Strong understanding of loss prevention techniques and security protocols
Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while adhering to health and safety standards
Excellent observational skills combined with explicit communication abilities for reporting incidents accurately
