Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a solid commitment to fostering a safe, nurturing, and educational environment. This role involves supervising children, implementing age-appropriate activities, and ensuring the well-being of each child in our care.

Responsibilities
Supervise and engage with children in a secure and supportive setting.
Plan and implement educational activities that promote learning and development.
Provide care for children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Ensure the safety of all children during playtime and structured activities.
Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive learning experience.

Skills




Classroom experience, particularly in early childhood education settings.
Strong ability to work with people with disabilities, demonstrating patience and understanding.
Teaching skills that can effectively engage young learners.
Experience working with children in various capacities, including caregiving roles.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
