Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fitter for one of our clients in Listowel. In this role, you will be responsible for Welding and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality agricultural products and structures, supporting our commitment to excellence and innovation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of tools, machinery, and technical drawings in a fast-paced setting that values craftsmanship and safety.

Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of components
Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding to join metals according to specifications
Conduct rigging operations for lifting and positioning heavy parts safely using cranes or other lifting devices
Measure materials precisely with calipers, tape measures, and other measuring instruments to maintain quality standards
Assemble fabricated parts into finished products or structures following detailed instructions
Maintain a clean,



organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements
1 Year experience in welding (MIG and TIG), fabrication, or related manufacturing roles
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
Familiarity with rigging, crane operation, machining, ductwork installation, and assembly processes
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, schematics, and basic math skills for accurate measurements

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
