Location: Calgary, AB
Training: One week in Leduc, AB (expenses covered)
Job Type: Full-time, 1-year contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Alternate Shift: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. may be required
Pay: $19.00–$24.00/hour, based on experience

We are hiring Material Handlers/Forklift Operators and one Lead to support the protected movement, storage, receiving, and shipment of materials in a warehouse and manufacturing workplace.

Responsibilities
Operate forklifts and move, load, unload, receive, store, and stage materials.
Support material flow between warehouse and production areas.
Follow shipping documents, work instructions, and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory and material records.
Keep work areas clean and organized.

The Lead will also:
Provide direction and support to the material-handling team.
Coordinate daily priorities and material movement.
Help resolve workflow and inventory issues.
Support training, productivity, and safety compliance.

Requirements

Material Handler/Forklift Operator:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or material-handling experience.




Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Ability to read shipping documents and work instructions.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Lead:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2–3 years of material-handling experience, including team leadership or supervision.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
Basic computer and inventory system experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required. Exposure to moving equipment, machinery, and varying temperatures is expected.
