Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed diligently
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly
Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a hygienic environment




Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks to support overall building upkeep when required

Experience
Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners safely and effectively
Solid attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures related to custodial work is advantageous
Reliable with excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
