Duties
Perform precise tuning, waxing, edge sharpening, and repairs on skis and snowboards to meet industry standards.

Use specialized tools and equipment safely and efficiently to perform service tasks.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes, offering product advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Keep detailed records of services performed, parts used, and equipment status for each item serviced.
Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and ordering parts as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Passionate about winter sports with a strong interest in skis, snowboards, and related gear.
Previous experience in ski or snowboard tuning, repair, or related technical work is preferred ; training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for precise work.
Ability to operate specialized tuning tools and equipment safely.
