Overview

We are seeking a energetic and visionary General Manager to lead the operations of Leela Longevity & Wellbeing. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our wellness center, drive business growth, and foster a culture of excellence. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with strong skills in negotiation, process improvement, and business development, dedicated to elevating our services and client satisfaction. Working side by side with our Longevity Advisor, you will translate cutting-edge longevity science into exceptional, personalized client experiences.

Duties
Lead and oversee all daily operations of Leela Longevity & Wellbeing, ensuring high standards of service quality and client satisfaction
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business, expand client base, and enhance service offerings
Drive process improvements to optimize operational efficiency, safety protocols, and customer experience
Negotiate contracts with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and foster long-term relationships




Manage financial performance by budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring key performance indicators
Inspire and lead a team of wellness specialists through effective leadership, training, and development initiatives
Identify current business opportunities through market research, networking, and cutting-edge program development

Experience
Proven experience in senior management roles within the wellness or hospitality industry with a focus on health or longevity services
Strong background in negotiation, process improvement, and project management
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive organizational success
Experience in business development with a track record of expanding service offerings or client base
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and team members

Salary: Base + Equity
