We’re currently looking for an experienced Senior Security Systems Technician who takes ownership of their work and consistently delivers excellence.
Key Responsibilities
DSC and Bosch intrusion systems
Keyscan and Kantech access control systems
ExacqVision and Axis video surveillance systems
Independently troubleshoot and resolve system issues during service calls.
Manage assigned projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Read and interpret technical drawings and system specifications.
Coordinate with project managers and internal team members as required.
Maintain a professional presence in office and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in security systems installation and service.
Strong working knowledge of DSC, Bosch, Keyscan, Kantech, ExacqVision, and Axis systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proven time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading projects, mentoring, or supporting junior technicians.
Familiarity with additional low-voltage systems (intercom, fire alarm, etc.) is considered an asset.
