GenMec ACL Inc. is looking for dedicated Journeyperson Carpenters skilled in Finishing Carpentry for our project in Sweetgrass, Saskatchewan. This is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced crew where quality workmanship, safety and teamwork are highly valued. This role requires working on construction sites, often outdoors in variable weather conditions.

Location: Sweetgrass, Saskatchewan

Start date: Immediately

Job Type: Full time (Day shift, overtime, and weekends as needed)

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

Project duration: 3 months

What You’ll Do:
Perform high-quality carpentry work in office in alignment with project plans.
Collaborate with the construction team to complete tasks efficiently and safely.




Interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans to meet project specifications.
Maintain compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
Contribute to a positive and productive work setting.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong finishing carpentry experience is required.
Certification: Journeyman Carpenter Ticket preferred. Valid safety certifications (First Aid, CSTS, WHMIS, Work Hub Orientation, etc.) and a valid driver’s license are assets.
Skills: Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
Characteristics:
Motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Effective communicator and team player.
Organized and adaptable, ready to meet the demands of the job.
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in outdoor conditions.
