The Role
Seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a full time, public-facing position. Working with a positive supportive team, in an established and reputable company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, hospitality and creating a warm, welcoming workplace for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients in person, by phone, and via email
Answer incoming calls, address client questions,



and clearly explain available services
Communicate effectively with team members
Offer general administrative and office support as needed
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional establishment

Our Ideal Candidate:

Has prior experience in customer service experience as an asset
Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Is energetic, adaptable, friendly, and maintains a positive attitude
Works well as part of a team and enjoys interacting with the public
Demonstrates robust organizational skills, coordination, and attention to detail

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
