Pay & Growth
Starting base pay: $21 per hour. After training our technicians earn a percentage of the job. Top performers earn $40/hr consistently.
40 - 50 hours per week (excluding winter)
Most technicians earn $25–30/hour on performance pay in within the first 2 months. After that $30 +
Top performers can reach $40/hour
Bi-weekly payroll

House washing
Pressure washing
Gutter cleaning
Christmas and permanent light installation
Requirements
Age: 20+
Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in winter conditions
Comfortable on your feet for extended periods
Driver’s license: G2 or higher is a strong asset
Must be able to provide a 3-year driver’s abstract (if driving company vehicles)
Available Saturday if needed
