DLC Landscape Services, creates beautiful landscapes and provides dependable care. We are looking for full-time Landscape Labourers to join our lawn maintenance, garden, and construction teams. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a hardworking crew.

Landscape Labourers support the Crew Chief with daily tasks such as mowing, gardening, seasonal clean-ups, and landscape construction projects.

What you’ll do
Learn landscaping, gardening, and/or construction techniques under the guidance of a Crew Chief
Assist with daily maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties
Use landscaping tools and equipment such as:
push lawn mowers
hedge trimmers
pruners
backpack blowers
trimmers
Support construction projects such as:
stonework and masonry
bricklaying
paving stone (pave-uni) installation
cement forming, pouring, and parging
carpentry
large tree planting




Follow safety procedures and properly use safety equipment at all times
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

What we’re looking for
Solid physical condition and ability to work outdoors up to 10 hours/day
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Landscaping, horticulture, or construction experience is an asset (but not required)
Comfortable working in French and/or English
