Join our energetic warehouse team as a Warehouse Operator specializing in operating a Counterbalance with a Clamp attachments or Reach Trucks! Responsibilities
Safely operate counterbalance forklifts equipped with clamp attachments or reach trucks to handle various warehouse tasks
Perform accurate order picking and inventory movement using warehouse management systems (WMS)
Conduct heavy lifting of goods and materials, adhering to safety protocols and ergonomic practices
Assist with order fulfillment by selecting, staging, and preparing products for shipment or storage
Maintain a clean, organized work environment by properly storing items and managing aisle clearance
Conduct routine inspections of forklift equipment, reporting any mechanical issues promptly




Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments

Qualifications
Proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts with clamp attachments or reach trucks in a warehouse setting
Strong mechanical knowledge related to forklift operation and maintenance
Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and inventory management systems (WMS)
Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order accuracy
Physical capability for heavy lifting, standing, walking, and working in a fast-paced environment
Experience with order picking and using equipment such as order pickers is preferred
Good communication skills and a safety-conscious attitude are essential

Pay: $18.05-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
