Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Hostess to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will be recording and packing orders. Providing excellent service for clients.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and efficient organization in a rapid-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and record clients orders.
Manage reservations and orders effectively using our system.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand.
Assist in coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Support the restaurant team during peak hours by helping with pack orders.
Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times.

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations,



orders and inquiries.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both guests and team members.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented setting.
Familiarity with systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
Must be able to work adaptable schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $12.20-$15.75 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
