Essential Qualifications
Some general labour skills
Some basic painting ability
Comfort working at various heights safely
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
General landscaping tasks
Key Responsibilities
Independently travel between store locations to perform scheduled maintenance.

Execute minor painting tasks inside and outside of the buildings
Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently
Minor yard work, lawn mowing, weeding
Required Attributes

Ability to accept and apply directives
Skilled communication abilities
Ability to work some evenings and weekends, as well as occasional after hours
work in the stores.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Capable of standing, walking, and working in various positions throughout the
day
Manual dexterity for operating tools and equipment
