Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and adherence to project specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of various welding techniques, blueprint reading, and mechanical processes to support our construction, ductwork, and manufacturing operations. Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements
Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding on various metals with high accuracy
Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment effectively




Rigging and handling heavy components using cranes or forklifts in accordance with safety protocols
Measure materials using calipers, tape measures, and other precision tools to ensure proper fit and alignment
Operate machining equipment such as lathes or mills when necessary for component fabrication
Assist in assembly processes by fitting parts together according to schematics and instructions
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety standards and procedures
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications

Qualifications
Proficient in welding and fabrication
CWB certification required
Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication processes and equipment operation
