Responsibilities
Greet customers, gather service needs and open work orders
Communicate job details between customers and technicians
Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow of the service department.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle history, and service recommendations.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
Collaborate with parts department

Requirements
Experience in a truck shop, automotive, or related service environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Solid computer skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts and repairs is a robust asset
Preference will be given to experience with Karmak Fusion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
