About the Role

Total Transload Services is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Control Room Operator to oversee the daily operation of our automated bulk material handling facility. Working from our control room, you will monitor equipment through our HMI/SCADA system, coordinate product movement, and communicate with field operators to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities
Operate and monitor the facility using HMI/SCADA systems.
Coordinate railcar unloading, truck loading, and material transfers.
Monitor equipment performance and respond to alarms.
Complete production reports and operational documentation.
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance.
Communicate with operations, dispatch, and drivers throughout the shift.
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, logistics,



or bulk material handling is an asset.
Strong computer and communication skills.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
