Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Optician/Optical Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure our patients receive the highest level of care and service during their visit. The ideal candidate will be a positive, reliable team player with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding patient experience.
Duties
Provide exceptional eyeglass styling services to clients and assist patients in selecting their ideal eyewear and lens options
Perform adjustments and repairs on patients' eyewear
Coordinate with the optometrists and other team members to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient service.
Qualifications:
Prior customer service and optical experience is required (ie. Licensed/unlicensed optician, opticianry student, frame stylist)
Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with patients.
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, agile environment.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to multitask and manage various administrative and clinical duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28.0 – 40.0 per week
