Title: Helper to Delivery Driver
Reports To: Dispatcher
Territory: Ottawa

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the delivery driver with various tasks like unloading/loading packages, delivering large to extra large packages to customers and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the vehicle among other duties to ensure smooth operations within our organization. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a supportive capacity and are eager to contribute to team success.

Responsibilities
Assist delivery driver with daily tasks and projects as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Provide support during events or special projects, ensuring all preparations are completed efficiently.
Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate collaboration and problem-solving.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working setting for all.

Qualifications
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.




A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on recent challenges.
Basic organizational skills with attention to detail.
Previous experience in a helper or support role is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift heavy weights and perform physical tasks as needed.
Flexibility in working hours, including the potential for overtime when necessary.
