Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team! Responsibilities
Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication and welding processes.
Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), SMAW welding and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding with precision to create solid, durable joints.
Operate plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other power tools to shape metal components accurately.
Use hand tools, calipers, and basic math skills to measure, cut, and assemble parts according to specifications.
Conduct rigging tasks for lifting and positioning heavy materials safely using cranes or forklifts.
Fabricate structural components, or custom metal assemblies for various projects in construction or manufacturing settings.




Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications
Proven experience in welding (MIG and TIG) with a solid understanding of welding techniques and safety standards.
Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in machining, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation.
Ability to operate plasma cutting tools, press brake machines, power tools, hand tools, and forklift equipment.
Strong understanding of rigging procedures and crane operations for lifting heavy materials.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to ductwork, assembly, or construction environments.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise fabrication work.
Previous experience with schematics reading and working with technical drawings is highly desirable.
