Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Server/Bartender to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere in our establishment. Duties
Greet customers and take their drink orders
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
Ensure that the bar area is clean, stocked, and well-maintained at all times
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have
Process payments accurately using the POS system
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area

Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service




Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling
Cashiering experience with accurate cash handling skills
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of food service procedures and ability to assist with food preparation if needed
Basic food handling knowledge to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
Familiarity with restaurant operations and ability to work well in a team workplace
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
