Key Responsibilities
Deploy and configure Zscaler services across the network, including ZIA and ZPA.
Provide expert-level support for Zscaler solutions, including complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and resolve network-related problems.
Monitor Zscaler service performance to ensure optimal operation and availability.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configurations, procedures, and support guidelines.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to users and support teams as needed.
Support operational aspects of Zscaler solutions, including incident response and problem management.
Assist with the lifecycle management of network security projects, including recent implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Collaborate with network engineers, security architects, and cloud teams to ensure successful delivery and support of security initiatives.
Required Skills
Robust experience as a Zscaler Engineer and/or Network Engineer.
Hands-on expertise with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
Experience deploying and configuring Zscaler cloud security services.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Experience resolving network connectivity and performance issues.
Knowledge of incident response and problem management processes.
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Solid collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Additional experience supporting network security projects, upgrades, and new deployments.
Experience working closely with network, cloud, and security architecture teams.
