Duties
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Guest Serivce Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional customer service to our guests during the overnight shift.

Responsibilities:
Post room charges, and reconciling discrepancies
Prepare daily reports summarizing revenue, occupancy rates, and other key metrics
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a skilled and timely manner
Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests arriving or departing during the overnight shift
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service or hospitality position.



Experience working at the front desk of a hotel is highly desirable.

Skills:
Robust customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we often have international guests
Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
Attention to detail and ability to accurately handle financial transactions
Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
