As a Senior Accountant (Construction) with Niradia Group of Companies, you will work as part of a large Accounting Team.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial statement working papers
Perform financial analysis
Prepare and review financial and management ad-hoc reports
Responsible for the timely preparation of quarterly and annual financial reporting packages
Prepare and review GST reconciliations and file GST returns before deadline
Review and post bank reconciliations, invoices and all types of journal entries, including detailed review of coding
Mentor and develop junior staff by providing support and guidance
Support cash management and treasury requirements
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management





Requirements
CPA designation is an asset but not required
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Accounting
Practical experience with construction industry accounting practices is a must. Candidates with no practical experience will not be considered
Strong computer skills with experience on software including: Microsoft Office, Excel, Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, and ProFile
