Vickar Automotive Group is accepting resumes for an experienced Automotive Tower Operator with key role to control workflow by properly assigning jobs and ensuring customer service timelines are met.

Essential Duties
Ensure appropriately trained Technicians are assigned to jobs.
Determine general repair time and monitor job progress.
Work closely with Parts Dept and Service Advisors to coordinate work.
Keep the Service Dept management team apprised of non-compliance or deficiencies by Technicians so issues may be addressed promptly.
Submit warranty claims to the manufacturer for payment.
Monitor warranty schedule to ensure all ROs are accounted for.
Other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
Knowledge of automotive systems and technical repair understanding.
Ability to interpret work orders, clarify descriptions and required details for warranty compliance.




Ability to estimate time of service/repair job for effective scheduling
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent English communication skills.
Must work effectively during periods of high workload, individually and as part of a team.
Maintain current product and technical knowledge
