Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sushi Chef and Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Duties
Prepare and assemble sushi dishes with attention to detail, presentation, and authenticity
Assist in food preparation tasks such as slicing fish, preparing rice, and assembling ingredients for various menu items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by efficiently cooking and plating meals
Serve customers with a friendly attitude, providing excellent food service experience




Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are upheld
Contribute to inventory management by monitoring supplies and communicating needs to management

Requirements
Proven experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or the food industry, especially in sushi preparation or line cooking
Robust knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Experience with meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation
Familiarity with kitchen equipment used in sushi making and general cooking tasks
A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn new skills

Pay: $17.60-$23.00 per hour
