We are looking for an Operations Coordinator/Estimator to join our team. The Operations Coordinator/Estimator will be responsible for estimating HVAC/R repairs and installation projects, preparing customer quotations, sourcing materials and coordinating delivery and installation. Duties include administration of all technicians’ work orders and time sheets and occasional dispatch overflow. The successful candidate will be organized while working in a quick-paced environment and able to keep track of multiple ongoing tasks.

Responsibilities
Estimating HVAC/R repairs and new installation projects
Communicating with field technicians and interpreting deficiencies found on site to produce accurate cost estimates
Following up on service estimates/quotes and customer requests
Sourcing and ordering parts and materials, coordinating delivery and installation
Evaluating and following up on vendor quotes and estimated time of arrival
Communicating with customers to ensure they are kept informed of work status
Ensuring all technical documents, budgets and quotes are accompanying and verified for job billing
Approve timesheets and verify technicians' hours and expenses for payroll, ensuring submission on time for payment
Cover/overflow dispatch duties when required




Responsible for other duties as assigned and/or required by business need

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Preferable 5+ - Minimum 3 years experience in an HVAC Company or related organization in a similar role
HVAC industry knowledge is an absolute requirement
Proficiency with computer systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Team player
Solid attention to detail, critical thinking skills and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
Ability to learn and adapt in a very fast-paced work environment
