Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, and finishes to the interior and exterior of residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality standards and a polished appearance. Your mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools, and understanding of safety procedures will be essential in delivering exceptional results. Duties
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, no taping as you should be able to cut in without it.
Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other equipment.
Inspect finished work for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
Operate and maintain power tools, hand tools safely and efficiently.
Be productive and a team player




Follow lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and optimize workflow processes.

Requirements
Proven experience with painting techniques in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and paint sprayers
practices to promote efficiency.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment while following safety guidelines.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
