You will see your work of art not only in the Calgary region, but across western canada. Primarily the work requires MIG welding of Aluminum. Steel work is required for large pylon signs.

Responsibilities:
Assemble and fabricate metal components according to shop drawings and specifications
Operate welding equipment to join metal parts together
Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards
Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth metal surfaces
Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a fabricator/welder or similar role
Proficient in various welding techniques
Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical drawings
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Math skills for measurements and calculations
Strong problem solving skills
Other:
Forklift experience is an asset
Rigging experience is an asset
