We are looking for CWB‑certified welders to join our team. Work scopes include cutting piles and welding of cap plates along with in shop fit up and manufacturing.

Responsibilities
Cut, fit, and weld cap plates onto helical piles
Work safely in field conditions across multiple provinces
Travel for extended rotations (up to 21 days)
Support installation crews as required

Work Location

Field projects vary from BC to Ontario, depending on client requirements. Extended out‑of‑town work is required. In shop manufacturing located in Tofield, AB.

Required Qualifications
CWB Flux Core (FCAW) certification
CSTS
WHMIS
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass pre‑access drug and alcohol testing
Ability to work out of town for extended durations

About You

You are reliable, safety‑focused, and comfortable working in remote field settings. You take pride in producing quality welds and supporting high‑performing field and shop crews.

Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 80.0 per week
