Job Description:The Front of House Manager at Nonni Cafe & Bakery is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading the barista and cashier teams. This role focuses on team leadership, service efficiency, and maintaining Nonni’s high standards of hospitality and quality. The Service Manager works closely with leadership to implement training, optimize workflows, and foster a positive and qualified work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support baristas and cashiers, ensuring smooth daily operations




Maintain high standards of customer service, hospitality, and efficiency
Train and mentor staff in beverage preparation, service etiquette, and Nonni’s brand philosophy
Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and ensure transaction accuracy
Monitor front-of-house inventory and coordinate restocking needs
Address customer feedback, resolving issues to maintain guest satisfaction
Collaborate with kitchen and bakery teams to ensure seamless service flow
Uphold cleanliness, organization, and health & safety compliance in the front-of-house
Track team performance, provide feedback, and support employee growth
Assist with scheduling, staff management, and operational improvements

Required Experience: Minimum 1 years of professional experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
