Parts Manager Roles & Responsibilities:
Managing parts/shipping team
Working with the Inventory Manager for inventory accuracy and workflow processes
Pro-Actively drive sales growth for the parts department
Assist with servicing customers via multiple platforms, e.g. email, telephone, counter sales
Exceptional Customer Service and strong communication skills
Assist with phone calls and emails for parts orders

Ideal candidate will possess the following:
Has a minimum of 8 years experience in Parts Department Operations
Has a minimum of 4 years' experience in a management position
Municipal and Heavy Equipment experience an asset
Consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service
Proactive customer communication
Has excellent team ideology, with a strong emphasis on team-oriented culture




Has excellent communication skills, is highly organized and can manage paperwork efficiently
Is independent and resourceful; has the ability to work under minimal supervision
Is proficient with computers and supporting programs, e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
Has knowledge of mechanical parts, catalogs, distributors and dealers
Has knowledge of inventory control and warehousing practices.
Active safety culture participation and involvement
Has a clean driving record and a valid Alberta class 5 driver's license
Journeyman parts certificate preferred but will consider experience depending on the candidate.
The ability to stay organized and multi-task in a quick-paced challenging environment

Pay: $72,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
