Duties:
Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Serve customers efficiently and courteously in a timely manner.
Handle food with proper safety and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Assist in food presentation and plating to ensure visual appeal.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Follow all food safety guidelines during meal preparation and service.
Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain inventory levels.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a cook, line cook, breakfast cook, or similar kitchen role preferred.




Experience preparing breakfast and brunch dishes is an asset.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Robust attention to detail and food presentation.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
