Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services to our residential clients, ensuring their homes are spotless, organized, and comfortable. Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens
Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
Follow safety procedures and company protocols during all cleaning activities
Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, respectful,
and attentive to client requests
Skills
Proficiency in English;
Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning environments
Ability to manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled appointments
Excellent organizational skills to keep work areas tidy and supplies well-stocked
Knowledge of laundry procedures and household cleaning techniques
Outstanding customer service and communication skills to build trust with clients
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
