Hybrid: 3 days in office, with additional days as needed for meetings.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead Canadian financial reporting, business partnering, compliance, and strategic finance initiatives in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close
Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to leadership
Lead P&L;, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities
Develop financial business cases and support innovation and growth initiatives
Manage internal and external audit, compliance, and financial controls
Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and key financial reporting requirements
Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and other business functions
Support COGS analysis and provide financial guidance on projects and ad hoc requests





Qualifications
5+ years of progressive finance experience
Solid financial analysis and business partnering experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with SAP and Power BI
Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L; analysis
Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
CPA or MBA preferred
