Auto Body Repair Planner

Job Description

Empire Collision is looking for a full-time, career-minded, Repair Planner with a strong background in customer service to work in one of our locations. If you have previous experience in the industry is a plus but not necessary. Strong customer service skills, willingness to learn and great work ethic are paramount. Responsibilities
Excellent customer service
Desire to learn and change with the industry
Ability to adapt to and change with organizational policy
Assess vehicle damage and creating an initial repair order estimate
Order parts based of your estimate
Prepare and send final bill
Maintain regular contact with the appropriate insurance company to advise on vehicle repair status
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during and after the repair by providing information, repair updates,



and a high level of service throughout the process
Maintain a clean and safe work area, and follow safety guidelines
Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
Experience with Mitchell and/or Audatex estimating software is a bonus but not required
Superior Customer Service and Organizational Skills.
Ability to multitask within a team oriented bodyshop
Good communication skills and excellent attitude
Valid Driver’s License
Works well in a team workplace as well as individually with little supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$55.00 per hour

Experience:
Auto Body Repair: 1 year (preferred)
