Responsibilities
Conduct thorough analysis of surface land data to support project planning and execution.
Prepare, review, and draft legal documents related to land agreements, rights-of-way, and surface use permits.
Coordinate with landowners, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate access and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain organized filing systems for land records, legal documentation, and correspondence.
Assist with administrative tasks such as tracking project milestones, updating databases, and generating reports.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout all land-related activities.
Support the resolution of surface land disputes through detailed analysis and effective communication.
Requirements
Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analysis skills to interpret land data, legal documents, and project information accurately.
Previous administrative experience with filing, record keeping, and document management.
Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents, reports, and correspondence.
Familiarity with legal drafting processes and terminology related to land agreements or rights-of-way.
