Are you an Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) looking for consistent weekday hours?
Equation Staffing is seeking a qualified medical professional to provide on-site medical and first aid support at a manufacturing facility in the Balzac area. This is a full time contract offering a predictable Monday-to-Friday daytime schedule with no regularly scheduled evenings or weekends.
The primary focus of this position is responding to and assessing minor workplace injuries and medical concerns, providing appropriate first aid and determining when additional medical attention is required.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide on-site first aid and medical support to employees
Assess and respond to minor workplace injuries and medical concerns
Determine when further or emergency medical attention is necessary
Document incidents, assessments, and treatment provided
Follow workplace health and safety procedures
Maintain readiness to respond to medical situations throughout the shift
Communicate with employees, supervisors, and site management as required
What We're Looking For
Applicants must be currently qualified as the following:
Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP)
Candidates must also have:
Current professional registration/licensing applicable to their designation
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in an on-site medical support capacity
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence are required, as the facility is not accessible by public transit
Previous experience in occupational health, manufacturing, industrial, construction, or workplace first aid is an asset.
