Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Coordinator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will oversee production processes, coordinate supply chain activities, and ensure seamless communication between departments. This role requires a robust understanding of manufacturing systems, demand planning, and ERP platforms to optimize production efficiency and meet customer demands. The Production Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining operational excellence within our supply chain operations.

Responsibilities
Coordinate production schedules utilizing ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle to align with demand planning and MRP requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to ensure materials are available for production needs.
Support lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying process improvements and waste reduction prospects.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to production timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.




Track production KPIs and generate reports to inform management decisions.
Assist in demand forecasting and capacity planning to optimize resource utilization.
Facilitate communication across departments including supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance to resolve production issues promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation related to production activities, inventory movements, and system updates.

Qualifications
Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Solid analytical skills with attention to detail for data analysis and reporting.
Effective communication skills to coordinate across multiple teams and departments.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
