Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness standards.
Sanitize high-touch surfaces and communal areas to promote health and safety.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly throughout the facility.
Clean restrooms, kitchens, and break areas thoroughly, ensuring they are hygienic at all times.
Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution.




Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a consistent quality of service.

Requirements
Previous custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, especially in resedential settings.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning routines.
Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around for extended periods.
Reliable Vehicle Required
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork and safety compliance.
