Duties
Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and organizing tools and supplies
Support skilled tradespeople by carrying out basic tasks such as mixing materials or assembling components
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris, sweeping work areas, and disposing of waste properly
Load and unload equipment, supplies, or materials as directed by supervisors
Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately
Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision to support project needs




Perform routine inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to follow instructions carefully
Positive communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team workplace
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for maintaining workflow continuity
Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labour is a plus but not mandatory
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to manual labour roles
Willingness to learn recent skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
