JPS Construction Group is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman & Senior Finishers to join our commercial and industrial crews. We offer a $2/hr wage premium on all industrial sites and keep our crews working year-round. Company truck available for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing
Placing & Finishing concrete with hand and power tools to the high standard our customers expect. Vibrascreed and power trowel an asset.
Reading site conditions and adjusting your technique to get the finish right
Installing joints, textures, and final surface details
Pitching in on job prep on some projects: formwork & rebar
What You Bring
Senior Finisher: 10+ years of concrete finishing experience
Confidently finish flatwork, curbs, and walls
Ability to run your own section of the job and work well with the crew around you
High standards for quality and safety
Reliable transportation to job sites
Nice to Have (But Not Deal-Breakers)
Red Seal certification or equivalent experience
Repair and resurfacing experience
Comfort running a power trowel
