In 2020, the organization proudly rebranded as the Blue Sky Organization when it expanded its care options to include Blue Sky Lodge alongside its growing home and community care services.
Blue Sky Home Care and Forbes Pharmacy have joined teams to service clients in the comfort of their own homes, services run Monday - Sunday. We have day-shifts which run 7:00 am to 1:00 pm and evening shifts 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm available for medication administration to a variety of clientele. Must have current, valid drivers license and a company vehicle is provided.
Job description
Duties included, but not limited to:
Administering medication to a vulnerable population
Intakes
Client care and quality care
Posting requirements:
Current BC Nurse registration and be in good standing with the college
Have a valid BC driver's license
Be familiar with universal precautions and current Ministry of Health guidelines
Exceptional assessment, document and communications skills
Ability to work day shifts, weekends and holidays as a part of an established rotation (for casual, part time and full-time positions)
